Yep, I noticed the other day that it had been re-designed, that's obviously why they're selling off the old design. Oh no, I don't see why they should Just say (ever so politely) I emailed you about this yesterday but I appreciate you're very busy with emails so thought it might be quicker to 'phone instead. Be nice, pleasant and polite - I almost always find I get much better 'results' from complaining when I'm nice, rather than ranting You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that
