ring them for best results email and survey they tend to be very apologetic but u dont get much, ring them ask for manager, tell them how good customer ur etc etc etc and how much u (dont) spend lol

It was a couple of days last time I had to email them. Might be quicker to phone, if you're feeling brave?!

Hmmm, I've often heard it said on here that they don't tend to reply to emails for several days, if at all.
The quickest way to get it sorted would be to phone CS or go into the store with your receipt and sort it out with the manager.
Unless Boots policy has changed in the last few days you are definitely entitled to GWP when paying with points.

Hi guys just back from a fab shop will post later, but for now can I say thankyou to ms cheeky got vouchers this morning lol x x

Also who was after the no7 moisture gloves as i picked them up for you lol

Can't really go to the store, as it wasn't my local and is miles away...as for CS - I never know how to put it
