I'd do both - mention on the survey that you felt this was wrong and rang customer services.....

I would do both ..but thats what i do if i feel i have been wronged haha Don't know how those survey things work and how effective they are.

Is this a new thing? I have bought lancome before with points Then I went to the No7 till to get some nail varnish, and got a till survey - would it be worth mentioning the lancome incident on the survey? It really did ruin my day....ppffftt!

Yes I would def use survey thing to complain. I mentioned an unfortunate incident using the survey. Made me feel better for 2mins even if nothing done about it!!!!:mad: Asked some of the SAs in other store and they told me that there is feedback about the surveys. (also other users on here said same).

Middlesbrough Boots have ran out of Pinkies

Spent over £5 twice as well, oh well got some deep red shower gel for £4.25 so quite happy overall

just back from boots in Irvine,it was pretty rubbish to be honest, I did manage to get the No 7 Michael Jackson gloves with my pinkie and TD gradual tan moisturiser +200 pts with my last til spit I also bought some Imp leather shower cream down to 74p, and when I went to pay the sa scanned it all then noticed the price and scrutinised my vouchers, she said I dont think the till will let me put this through (the TD mag voucher) and when it did she was well chuffed and started hollering over 2 other sa to show them,saying look what the customer got for £1.24 and she got 200pts'!! they were all impressed :o:o I just said 'wow what a great bargain' grabbed my stuff and ran away. she was so loud !! Anyhoo they didnt have any TB vanity cases but did have other TB bags and a purse type thing in the same design, they were all full price, I hadnt seen these before are reduced on other stores, so I can keep my eye peeled.

Sorry for rushed post-In a hurry but any stokeontrent shoppers especially perfumeaholics and pregnant ladies
Festivel park have reductions on baby stuff-changing mats, bath, nappy wrapper kit, buggy covers, sunshades, organiser thingie, toddler step thingie to attach in buggy, gorgeous changing bags at stupid prices.
Also lots of reduced perfumes and body lotions and aftershaves in festivel & hanley but selling out like hotcakes also at silly prices.
P.s more to come out in reductions because I heard the s/a's talkiing about bringing more stuff out.(wasn't eavesdropping on purpose)

The SA was so looooovely. She asked me if I wanted to use vouchers on my PP sun protection hair spray and P&P sun protection lip and eye screen and when I said but then I won't get the little bag and it's only that I'm really after (true btw-I think the No 7 gwp are adorable this time), she let me have it anyway as I 'technically spent' £20. So £1.50 for 4 items and the GWP!

Is this any good? Am trying to get something for OH, but so far have not found anything I like and can only smell a few before I start getting fed up! OH is not helping as he's not generally a scenty person! (although as you know I can spend ages sampling the ladies perfumes...)
