Cheapest way to call talksport (08717) from Three
Hi
I am trying to find out the cheapest way to call TalkSPORT (it's an 08717 number) drom my Three Mobile.
Now this site http://www.1pminute.co.uk/0871_calls_from_mobile.php
seems to indicate that 0871 numbers from Three cost the same as BT (10p a minute) which is a lot better than I expected.
But I'd like to make it cheaper still. Any ways of getting it cheaper. On Say No to 0870 site, the unverified number does not work, and I'm not sure they'd be too happy putting me through from the main switchboard, seen as they are out to make a profit

You might try emailing them from their website, informing them that you want to take part in the phone ins, but that premium rate numbers are barred from your phone line and asking for a geographical number. Also point out that you do not see why callers,(without whom there would not be a show), should have to pay premium rate call charges to keep their station running.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0
