Apparently a 6.5% YOY fall in Edinburgh with a large drop in sales.

I'm interested in the Scottish house prices. Unfortunately, I haven't religiously followed them as I won't be buying for another 3 years or so. I have a deposit there but am paying off interest-free debt. Also, I'm working south of the border atm.
I'd be interested to hear what prices are doing - Particularly in Glasgow and surrounding areas.John

might be a good idea to install property bee if you haven't already done so as you can then see what's happening in the areas you're interested in. I know that in Shawlands traditional 1 bed flats were going for £130-140,000 last year and are now lucky to be shifted at £120,000. I think £110,000 is closer to the mark and I expect them to fall further.0 -
in west lothian especially in livingston they are falling and im seeing more going to a fixed price rather than offers over0

I only use Firefox when I'm checking Rightmove - there's no problem with having both installed on your PC at the same time.
Houses are selling at below fixed price in many areas which is new.0
