  • Hi Jem170884,

Reply to your question. You must sighn an agreement document and post it back. This document is not a contract it is just something you have to sighn to say that you agree to the terms and conditions of Littlewoods plc. Once you have done this you will start to recieve your cash back. when you contact customer services ask them about the document. Also Littlewoods has the right to use part or all of your cashback as payment if you fail to pay the mininum ammount and if you miss a payment littlewoods has the right to stop any further cashback insentives on your account. I suggest you hurry and get this sorted because you are missing out on a lot of money that is yours. Littlewoods have allways given cashback insentives and if you are not getting it then you must get it sorted out ASAP!!. for people who dont have cashback it may be that you shop with Littlewoods Direct this is a sister company of Littlewoods. Littlewoods Direct does not have cashback insentives because the goods that Littlewoods Direct sell are are a lot cheaper and you only have 3 months to pay the ballance before the charge 29.9%apr interest also Littlewoods direct charge you delivery. I hope this helps
  • Hi there

I know that these are old posts and the topic is from 2008 but I am trying to find people who have, like me, had their Cashback commission removed from their account without any notification or correspondence from Littlewoods.

I was never informed that the commission would be removed if i did not use my Littlewoods account. I would like to know if they have done the same to you.

If so, I would like to start a claim against them to recover what is rightly our money. I am a qualified solicitor, and although I cannot give you legal advice, I will be happy to give you tips on how to go through the process of claiming through the small claims court. Perhaps if there are enough of us complaining and raising claims, then they will do the right thing and give us our money back!

I look forward to hearing from anyone in a similar position.
