So far I think it's quite impressive except for a few glitches. Bearing in mind this is still a beta, I think the final version could give FF3 and IE8 a serious run for their money. I've had few if any rendering problems with the sites I frequent (mostly nerdy computing sites that are usually standards-compliant anyway so any problem with them would be a BIG problem with the browser as a whole)
Watching the smilies in slow motion is quite amusing.
AJAX-loaded pages like Facebook seem to be loading better for me, sometimes Facebook takes a very long time on Firefox.
FF3 will remain my default browser until Chrome becomes final, and probably after that as well. I like them extensions
But I can see myself putting this on my parents' computer as a clean, simple and fairly quick browser.0 -
Lots of bugs. Flash video has some real issues, especially if you skip forward a few times in a video. Scrolling up broken for me which is inexcusable nowadays.
Sadly it is following the trend of most of the stuff Google releases nowadays where its mostly good but there's bugs which show that there's been next to knack all testing and quality control.
If it's anything like Gmail, it'll be in perpetual BETA and that way they can get away with sticking their fingers in their ears and ignoring the bugs.0 -
I am playing too and it does seam to follow the standards right to the T, my site which shows perfect in IE, Mozilla and Opera has been shown up for some lazy coding
Better go fix that. The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.

I like the Chrome Task manager that your can kill tabs off individually. I actually really like the default look also but it need plenty of work to be used full time.
I use K-Melon which with the same pages displayed is using about 60% of the resourced of CromeThe only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
