I'll have to wait for the Mac version, but I guess I'll get to hear about any problems before I use it. ;)

Their contract expires in November, so I guess we'll see.

The contract centres on Google being the default search engine in Firefox, and I imagine that would still be advantageous for Google whether they have their own browser or not.

They've extended their commitment to the Mozilla Foundation to 2011, and as has been discussed on various sites, it could be extended past this to unsettle the dominance of IE in the browser marketplace.

    Did they say when?

Or did they just say "we're working on it"?

They have just now said that a lot of them use linux and they are still working on both Mac and Linux versions.
It is a definite and soon but no date given.

I'm liking this feature a lot
some subtle niceties... ex if you close a tab, the next one over slides so its close box is right under your mouse.
    And
Private browsing mode aka !!!!!! mode:
They have just said it will be now not be available until noon PDT . So that's 20.00hrs GMT:rolleyes:

Independent tab functions so one dodgy tab doesn't kill the whole thing.
Nice separation of Java process's too.

    This is sounding good
