Cost of LPG or calor gas

I recently made a ginormous mistake in falling for the Residential Holiday home trap
The sit owner being a despotic gypsy has just notified us that as from today a 47 k bottle will rise from £39.80 to £52 on a fixed price basis to Sept 2009.On enquiring at the suppliers his present cost is £42 with little likelihood of large increases since oil prices seem to be falling.
Question:- Any feelings on potential LPG prices?
What is a comparable but cheaper way of providing heating in a 2 bed well insulated Lodge
