All the items I ordered on 2nd arrived early today - very quick. Son stocked up with school shirts for the next year now! Trousers I ordered were very nasty quality fabric (surprising for M&S), so they are going back to shop tomorrow.

Me too, 4 items cancelled & they have despatched 1/2 my order & charged postage when they agreed not to! :mad:

I am not happy & will call C/S tommorow to express this.

Take your original confirmation in with you when you go to return.

I had some trouble returning some of my items. The price taken from the despatch note was 25% lower than I'd paid. Went back in again today with my original order confirmation showing actual prices, and they refunded the rest. CS lady said it was a common problem.
