Was my first thought but don't you have to make the appointment then go away and come back at least a day later to give a cooling off time? (I think this was to try and stop drunken idiots getting tattoos then regretting it?)
In my town you can just walk in anywhere and get one done. Unless its a certain shop that are so good they are months booked in advance. Obviously they also use there judgement etc etc. I want a ladybird on my arm but alas I wanted to leave my job first so no tattoo for another year or so.0 -
