Hmmm - just reading govt plans to help house market. Its all very well offering to assist first time buyers but where are the houses going to come from when people like me can't afford to move having had a >100% mortgage on first property and not enough equity to make deposit for move?

I'm not saying first time buyers don't merit some help but where is the chain of supply supposed to come from? More new builds on an already saturated market, particulary for 2 bed 'exec' flats? Doesn't that make things worse for the people caught in the middle (as is the case with so many of the govt measures to 'help')

Sorry - rant over:o . I just get so    at the sticking plaster approach to governing the country

I got mine at the age of 24 and my mum still flipped out! Her comment 'what you going to do when you're 50 and its sagging and wrinkly' My response - if I'm still flashing my tattoo at 50 I have bigger issues to deal with' (its on my abdomen btw). dad thought it was very tasteful:p

  • Luce be unpopular at home and at work - that seems to be what happens to me!!!

I have asked my girls to wait till they are 25 to have a tattoo as you have to be so sure that you want it for the rest of your life. Will they listen - we shall wait and see!!

Cooking chrizo sausage for supper - smelling good but will I actually be able to eat it that is another question. Strangely have not had any adverse reactions to anything as yet!!

So what time do we think Gemzzie will be back to tell us what she has been up to?

BB - hun I did realise sweetie.
