Telewest 30 day money back guarantee.Anyone used it???

I am thinking getting a new package from telewest 3 for 28.50 for 3 months for tv/phone/broadband for my brother. I was wondering if anyone has used their 30 days money back guarantee successfully just in case they are not any good????

I think you will be quite chuffed with that package.

I have not used their 30 day money back before, but did have to ask for compensation when they cut my phone off by mistake as they installed a neighbours system, I was without phone/internet for 2 days.

They happily paid out, apologised profusely and I have had no problems since.
I have always found their customer service centre to be 'ok'. (please note I am not saying good though) whereas with AOL in the past I have wanted to tear my hair out after call centre syndrome !!
