  • I dealt with Carcraft when i was a sales manager for a new car dealership, we sold them used cars nearly every month and they would do anything to stall payment, chip us on the price etc for the slightest fault its just the way it is i'm afraid.
    ;)Thanks;)
  • This company is a pure rip off!!!!! I have a 2003 Nissan X-Trail i bought it for £6000 and it has been GARAGED KEPT, POLISHED + WASHED EVERY WEEKEND! Nothing wrong with it! It has 67000 miles with over £2500 of extras such as WIRELESS NIGHT VISION REVERSING CAMERA, SAT NAV, LIMO REAR TINT, INTERIOR NEON LIGHTS, FRONT, CENTRE AND SIDE BULL BARS, CUSTOM REAR BUMPER & CUSTOM EXHAUST SYSTEM.

I got offers for well over £5500 & even part ex value is more than these con artists wanted!!!!!

For this 4x4 they said £2200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PURE RUBBISH! IF I SOLD THIS FOR £2200 ANY1 WUD BUY IT, I MIGHT AS WELL ADVERTISE IT FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!

And i am sorry but some people are really stupid and DO NOT know how 2 save!!!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU GO TO A DEALER TO SELL YOUR CAR????????

Sell it on ebay or autotrader!!!!!! YOU MAKE 10 TIMES MORE 4 A LITTLE PRICE!!!
I am no expert but this is the prices i bought the following cars for and sold them for:

1995 Nissan Largo Grandage 4X4 MPV Japanese Import: purchased £3000 SOLD for £3800

    1998 Lexus GS300 3.0 SE Purchased £1450 SOLD for £1995

YOU DO NOT HAVE 2 BE AN EXPERT BUT USE YOUR BRAIN A LITTLE AND YOU WILL SAVE BIG TIME!!!!!!!!

I have been studying saving tips for many years, so if you want any more on ANYTHING pls let me knw

I sold my car to these guys on Friday, I too was wary since it was inside CARCRAFT (who are robbers)

However, I can say honestly that the experience was excellent.

I got full online value for it. (£4,500 Citroen '07 C1, 37000 miles, non-franchise SH) and it took about half an hour from beginning to end.

If you have a car they don't want, which is 4x4's and big saloons, they will give you a crap valuation because they can't sell them. City cars, high mpg, low tax burden things are selling like hot-cakes at the moment so you'll get a better price.

I bought an Audi diesel to replace it, and can now get my bathroom done at no cost to myself (I didn't pay for my Citroen in the first place, it was a gift :D )

Can't see what there is to be wary of.

They offer the online price, they come out to see it, they offer much less

    You wave bye bye.

Is it that difficult to say no?
