Can anyone help - broken TV

Hi, not sure if this is the right place but can anyone help me. my 32in LCD TV has blown up tonight and is only 15months old. i still have the receipt but did not take out an extended warranty. Am I covered by any obscure law for this situation.

There's such a thing as 'fit for purpose'
A TV failing after 15 months would appear to fail that test.

I'd suggest you take it back to where you bought it and use the above phrase - let us know what they say.
