It may be worth googling sellers to find one you can ring. Explain to them that you want to buy the perfume as a gift but it is to be sent to Australia, so you would like to know the weight. Someone may be helfpul?0

According to an Amazon listing, the 100ml is packaged as 4.5 inches square - and 13.8oz in weight. This makes 391g
Another listing of 1.7floz (50ml) is packaged as 4inches square and 8.6oz in weight. This makes 243g.
I assume that these weights include the bottles and boxes! And hope it helps. It does look as if you may have sent a 50ml. Do you stock 50ml? Have you done a stock check of both products?0 -
Great idea windym!:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0

according to this page
http://www.amazon.com/Flowerbomb-Viktor-Rolf-Women-Parfum/dp/B000P20U7G
100ml weighs 13.8 ounces, so 391 gramms or 0.391kg
and this page
http://www.amazon.com/Flowerbomb-Viktor-Rolf-Women-Parfum/dp/B000P20U6M/ref=pd_sbs_hpc_1
says 50ml weighs 8.6 ounces , so 243 grammes or 0.243kg so looks like you did send just a 50ml bottle:beer:0 -
beat me too it skylight
:beer:0 -
But I have a 50ml perfume new and boxed that weighs 140grms so packaging/bottle weights must vary a lot.
It does look like it may just have been a 50ml bottle as even 140grms for 50mls would likely be more than 255grms for 100mls. But it does depend on the weight of the bottle.:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0 -
Big ooooops on my part. Thank you everyone for your help I'll contact buyer again and ask them to return it for full refund and pay postage to return it.0

The pic in your auction says 50ml
.
EDIT: BTW, you could just see what the bottom-end going rate on eBay is for 50ml bottles and offer it to them at that price. That'd save you having to fork out another postage.0 -
I hope they are reasonable, sspary, it was an honest mistake. Refund half or the difference like Bromley suggests.0
