All of the Littlewoods group seem to despatch immediatly, delivery within a few days.
Is`nt their a sale of goods act rule for online shopping that the price quoted up until the point of despatch can be changed, once despatched they must honour the quoted price? I may be wrong but if I am right, surely its worth a gamble? You can always send it all back.
The price for your goods would still be honoured - it would be the discount they object to and can add that back on to your account as per the terms and conditions. Your right though, can always send the items back. Hope it works out - I just worry too much!!
Also just found the thread from last year where people were sent invoices for their vouchers they had used that weren't issued to them -this was couple of months later so too late to send items back. If it's stuff you were going to get anyway then no problem but I would probably be getting stuff for the sake of it and wouldn't want to pay for.0 -

after reading and placing my order, I'm now rather worried. I am a genuine new customer, but still.....
any ideas what I should do?0 -
yeah I just read that - seems like Martin broke his back to save all that had problems last year using codes that they weren't entitled to. I know many may think my way of receiving a code takes too long but it really is only a matter of weeks.
Simply sign up to Marshall Ward and don't buy anything. A few weeks later you should receive a letter from Marshall Ward with the discount code attached. The code is the same as the one listed here - difference is they have specifically sent it to you. If you do it this way you eliminate the risk of receiving a demand for the money. I strongly reccomend this route. I have received my code so it does work!0 -
