Give them a call. My husband ordered some trainers for DS2 with this code and got the same message - but he had never made an order before. They refunded the discount to our credit card straight away. Worth a try.

It worked fine for me. Though as fairyprincess pointed out, there is a little line that says "your voucher will be redeemed at checkout" and I missed it at first.

I even started all over again, in my OH's name this time. Selected goods, set up account, etc. etc. Still the same message: 'ZG430 Code only available on 1st order. Voucher rules not met'.

That makes me steer clear of this offer.

Littlewoods went after people who used unsolicited codes last year and charged their cards months after the order was made.

Not worth the aggro to me, but I hope folk manage to get the £30 off.
