Morning everyone!
Hope everyone has better weather than we're having - it was raining so hard last night that it woke me up a few times, and I had to close the bedroom window cos the wind was blowing the curtains about. I think it's stopped now, but it's still grey and horrible out there.
I must get dressed before I find myself breakfast, cos my neighbour could knock on the door at any time to ask me to take her to the doctor.
Greenbee as Valli says (thanks Valli), I'm going back to supply teaching this term (hopefully will find another full time teaching position for January), so luckily I have a small break from planning. Although, when I was doing supply, it wasn't always guaranteed that planning would be left for me - one school in particular was very bad for this eg. I would be told that the year 3 class had maths and that they were doing shape, and that was the extent of my plans. They had no interactive whiteboard, and I didn't know where any of the resources were. I ended up getting coloured paper and getting them to make shapes by folding, and then they had to get into groups, and physically make a shape with their bodies on the carpet, and the rest of the class had to guess the shape. It worked really well, but I had to think on my feet. I'm actually really looking forward to claiming back my evenings and weekends, but still doing the job I love (teaching the children instead of doing paperwork).
Anyway, I've been chatting too much again, and I'm worried neighbour will knock and I'll still be in pjs so I'd best get on. Plus, I'm starving and the cinnamon grahams in the cupboard are calling to me.
Happy flying everyone,
sexymouse xx
PS My green light will still be on even if I'm not at the pc cos I leave it on and then refresh when I sit down again.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

Keep your fingers crossed that neigbour doesn't interrupt it- I'll have to try to convince the cat to move to the bedroom as he's terrified of the hoover, but is currently curled up on his sofa (a foot stool) in the living room.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170
