    Yes. It was set to GMT-1 (Azores). Not sure how that happened but I've changed it and now have the correct times showing.

    Hey all,

    Thank you ever so much for all the replies, sorry I didn't reply sooner, but just to let you all know - I got my £9 back and also got points put on my store card as a goodwill apology (I don't think I can mention the store, but the Customer Services Team were great!!)
