  • Not trying to panic you here but these sprays don't touch the little beggers when they are in the pupae stage - only when they hatch. So keep spraying for a little while just to make sure you have got all of them!!:o
  • I'm sitting here reading this thread, and kind of squirming a bit, when a flipping massive spider ran out from under the couch. nearly s**t myself......

Must say by this morning nearly all have gone and found none in bed this morning. Washed my feather duvet ona 90degree wash! Maybe not the safest thing to do but had to make sure they were eliminated...

The only place they seem to be now is in the bin bags i filled with all the clothes, bedding and washing that needs to be rewashed. Every time i opena bag one jumps out!!! ahhhhh I WILL KILL THEM!

Just a quick question, i still seem to be having fleas appear here and there round the house and its been 48hours. They could just be jumping out of the bin bags of washing im working my way through but does anyone know if they can breed without a pet in the house?

Considering they only need to feed very infrequently (maybe as infrequently as six months), yes they can breed, although the eggs would probably be killed off by the spray you used.

I worked on one house after the occupants were on holiday for two weeks. My wife's white jeans turned black with hungry fleas. After that we used to spray our overalls/jeans before entering anywhere with a problem.

IMPORTANT: Did you remember to spray your car?
  • I believe their eggs can last a good few months in areas without pets before they hatch.

Clearly I meant the interior! Do you have a caravan?
