Stud Wall -how Easy To Build?
Comments
-
Easy to use Gyproc metal stud, a pair of snips and electric screw gun, 400mm centers and no need for noggings.
Pre-made slots if you need the thread cable or pipes through the wall.
Hard pressed to find straight timer nowadays
 Um, I'm about to embark on building a stud wall in the next few months as well, and although I'm sure you were REALLY helpful, I really can't understand a word you just said. Maybe it's your accent................... Can you please say that again in layman's terms?

Use CLS timber, its in all the diy sheds and is all regularised to the same dimensions makes things much easierMine needed a new fan so that must be whats wrong with yours:D0

Use CLS timber,
Its straight , and surprisingly cheap , some may quibble about width, but I have used it successfully.
Has any one worked out the cost of metal compared to wood.
I think wood is more forgiving0 -
I put a metal framed one up a few years ago with no previous experience. It was straightforward.0
