Hi, I used to have a 3 mobile, but cancelled around 2years ago. have been in this house since june 06, and today got a letter from 3 mobile. I just automatically opened it thinking they were going to offer me some rubbishy deal, but it was a "about your bills" letter in a company name that is nothing to do with me 
I rang them but they said-you have to phone back during business hours as it is a business account letter. :mad:
This is the first 3 thing I have had in the 2 years so am very confused as to whether this is a new account etc. anyone any ideas what I should do (apart from ring them back in the morning?)
And does anyone have a geographical number for 3 business service? (I searched 0870 and it gave me a ROI number. Now I can do a dial-around for that but wondering if anyone has a UK number for 3 business services?)

firstly if you want to remain sain DO NOT * i repeat * DO NOT call 3 customer services, they deliver what is the exact opposite of Customer service, secondly with regard the letter i would stick the letter back in an envelope and put accross the front return to sender persons(or business) never heard of at the address0
