No T-mobile coverage

Hi There,

I've not had any coverage on my T-Mobile phone at home since Monday. I never normally have a problem.

I've emailed them but they take 5 days to respond!

I have 750 free minutes, but having to use my home phone is costing a fortune!

Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
I've just signed up for another 12 month contract too. As you can imagine its getting rather annoying.

Thanks for your help

Donna

Call them on 0845 412 5000, when this happened to me a few years ago with Orange, they credited my account for the amount I had spent on phonecalls from my landline and gave me I think around £50 as compensation for loss of business due to my phone not being able to recieve calls.
  • Yeah happened with me with a fauly mast , the refunded me moneys for the trouble, try callin them on 0845 412 5000
Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.

    Thanks Guys,

I've spoken to T-Mobile and my nearest transmitter is broken and they are waiting for a part it could still take a few days yet.

I will be ringing back for for some compensation when it's sorted.

    Just a little update
I got service back on Sunday so I phoned and got £5 credit off my account, but by Monday the service had gone again! I spoke to them earlier and they still don't have any idea when the transmitter is gonna be fixed.
