Yes it was good fun last night a bit of light banter makes a change from all this heavy MSE stuff...lol...
Well that's my gang of pirates of the road sorted then...lol....

Hi Taxi - I had such good intentions this morning, but I really feel like I didn't do very much - 40p on the scratchcards, and two mystery shop phone calls is all the actual achievement. Got to get my head down properly this afternoon.

You carry on being gentle to yourself on these strong antibiotics, take care.

  • It is good to see you resting, i am thinking these antibiotics are doing you good even if they are strong..

Oo just noticed the Ninja squad is growing..before you know it there will be Taxi's a whole fleet of them!

Well I managed to stey awake during that budget thingy(don't know how) and what a waste of space that was!!!!!
Got excited about the 2.5% off vat thinking it would make diesel cheaper but no as they have counteracted it so it's still the same price!!!!
Got excited again with the Gateway savings from 2010 but just looked it up and it's only for people on any number of benefits including full child tax credits!!!!...so only benefits the non workers...mmmmm.
The only thing that is ok for us is that we can take longer to pay the tax bill or so they say for small businesses..do we class as a small business?
It's all in the small print..eh...

Afternoon all..quite a nice day here wetherwise...dry but cold.
Went to podiatry this morning and have to take my trainers next week to have something put in them.My left leg is shorter than the right and both of my insoles turn in..she did have a word for it but can't remember it...prostinate or something like that.
I was quite surprised that totally flat shoes are really bad for me.
Done the banking and filled the car up as well whilst out.Came back done the washing up,fed the dogs...give tess her tablet...put the washing on and now just having a brew before taking tess to the vets later.
And that's about it folks ..hope you're all having a good day xx

It sounds as though the podiatrist is on the ball, hopefully the new inserts will give you a bit of relief and soon! Did they let you know what type of shoes to buy?

Well done on the rest of the day as well, I hope to have a good day .... typing!

Hi dragon..they did .My trainers are ideal as they slope if you know what I mean but complete flats are out of the question.
    Hope you're typing went ok.
Tess has another course of antibiotics and steroids so another £31.99 in the vets today. She has to go back next week..
  • Is it pronation? My sister is the same as yourself and the insoles are helping a bit..but it is going to take quite a bit of work on her back. She works in a pet shop and is lifting heavy bags of feed etc. She copes with it, but is in agony at night and is useless at walking anywhere..lol.
She won't give up the job though as she loves animals, more than humans i think..
