    I use AVG free and noticed an increase when I changed to AVG 8. Maybe, if you choose free AV software, you get slightly poorer filtering.

    Oh and NEVER reply. Always log in to your account by typing the address. I google my bank if I'm on a strange PC. At home I have a link in my favourites.
