Broadban for Flat

Wondering if any of you could help me. I am trying to arrange broadband connection for my flat. It will be me and 4 other students in the flat. I am looking for a a connection with up to 8mb/s more if possible and cheap enough and unlimited downloads.
Crucially I am looking for a company that will provide us with broadband from september to may inclusive so I do not want a minimum 12 month contract as we would be paying for broadband we aren't using.
