My order was at 9.09am on Sunday morning and people have already had their PDF's after that time.0
-
I don't think they process them in strict order. I ordered 5 pc's over 3 orders. 1 pdf arrived about 2 hours later the other 2 6 hours later.0
-
I placed 2 orders
1 @ 1.00pm 2 X Projector, 1 x Printer - NO PDF
2 @ 1.30pm 1 X Printer - PDF arrived this morning.
If I have recieved a PDF, does that mean they will send the Printer @ the price I ordered?0 -
Once they have sent the PDF the order has been confirmed. It is then a legally binding contract.
The price cannot be changed without your permission.0 -
Ok, please help us, if anyone received a PDF confirmation email for their projector, please let us know.
As I've predicted they would honour the printer orders, and not the projector, however, if they honour the printer, why wouldn't they honour the projector as well? :P as a thought0 -

Decided against ordering the Dell printer, as whilst it looks nice, is worth more than quoted, and believe its got things like a colour screen, I can't see me using it, as running cots would be high.
I have however been drooling over a projector for some time , so ordered 1.
That said the bulb life is not long, and I believe they cost abot £300 to replace!Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -

Probably because the loss they'll take on the printers is negligible (they might not even be making a loss), whereas selling a £1k piece of equipment for £20 may upset their shareholders a bit.0 -
Is there anyone that order a printer and projector on the same order had a pdf back about any of the items?0
-
I ordered 1 printer and 1 projector. If Dell are honouring orders for the printer alone, then surely they should at least honour my order for the printer, and cancel the projector? I'll be very, very annoyed if Dell honour orders for the printer alone, and cancel any orders which contain the projector.0
