    i thought the op asked if there was a difference between visa or mastercard credit cards not debit cards

    Both Visa and Mastercard adhere to Section 75 by law.

    Visa have kindly extended their chargeback facility to Debit Cards.

    STOP being pedantic :rolleyes: ! The question I replied to didn't mention credit or debit, but I gave an answer to both !

    To quote myself !

    I'd still advise paying by credit card though ! ALL have protection.

    Hiya! il give u the simple answer!

    Visa and Mastercards are just BRANDS!!! its like having a visa debit/electron or a maestro, theres no difference at all just that Visa and Mastercard are the 2 main brands and thats it!
