£50 is not too bad. We just had to fork out £150 to be released from our contract as well as give 28 days notice.

I sympathize with the no shows, we had roughly 50% of viewers fail to turn up in the 3 months we were on the market (have since decided not to sell, in part due to this). There just seems to be far too much choice out there at the moment for buyers.
Pattern here? Agent with cancellation fees and lots of no show viewers?

The most anyone should give is a number of weeks exclusive agency and no cancellation fee.

    To dissolve the people
    And elect another?

Sadly a typical Estate Agent. IMHO they're only useful for medical experimentation

    Would be a long search...
Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.
