Where is MrsBB????
I need her make up skills, to tell me what Im doing with this pot of Autumn Majestic eyeliner .Havent a clue ..........just gonna paint a crooked line, and hope for the best. When I have a brush, that is :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .
I think I will get the chocolate Autumn liner next, with my Pinkies in the post. Ohhh Pinkies how I love you...:heartsmil :smileyhea
Awww...sorry hunni, I went to sleepI can't remember the exact name of the R&M brush I use, but its quite thin and slanted. I think its called i define brush
So I dip it in the gel eyeliner, then I dab it on the back of my hand to take off most of the excess, then I try and draw a pale line as close to my lashes as possible, I then use the remaining liner thats on the back of my hand to go over the orginal line to cover any mistakes or to make it more defined, and I always use a magnifying mirror

I will be there at 8am.
Please all keep your fingers crossed for me...
Collected my card this morning from the branch - I was in as it was shutting (late opening Thursday) and so I wasn't sure if CS would be open after 9pm. But alls well that ends well - £52 still there! phew!
(I am so forgetful and sometimes I need something like this to give me a scare so it doesn't happen again!)I miss using my infinite coupons at Tesco!
2010 was the worst year ever
But 2011 so far has been a lot of fun! :j

If it's a joint or arthritis problem, ibuprofen is good .. if you take 800 mg at a time. I think the bottles say 200 mg is a standard dose, but I have had doctors tell me to take as much as 800 mg at a time for severe problems (but of course to not take that for an extended period of time, just a few days -- I have also seen advice online saying the same thing). I was told to take 800 mg of ibuprofen, then four hours later paracetemol, then four hours later (8 hours after the first dose) another 800 mg of ibuprofen, etc, and repeat the process.0 -
Hi there, popped to boots yesterday fo rsome retail therapy.
I have only skim read the last 15 pages so not sure if any of these have been shared.
The 3 different barcoded expert baby vouchers work together. Cant find my receipt at the mo to see how the saving worked though...
The pampers coupons that cam in the recent mailing go through as brand coupons and can be combined with the old style coupons, so packet of easy ups (to sell) for 23p. And got both vouchers! Woo hoo! :j
The SA offered to just try any coupons i had which was great! lol
Didnt take the mick on the expert though as i only really needed talc and HTT stuff. Plenty left on the shelf, most expensive items were the bum cream and moisturising lotion.Tesco Points : 19288 :j :jBoots Points : 6044Pigsback Points : 99(£40 boots vouchers received!)
Quidco : £16.89 (£184.90 paid) :T0 -

Got another 10 pages to go yet, but thought I would do a quick post.
Mrs BB - OMG! Your eye make up is amazing. I am inspired to be a bit more adventurous. Even bought a new eyeliner - thanks OP for recommendation(the new Maybelline felt like one - looks really easy to use). Can anyone point me in the right direction re: broclos link about applying it ........seem to think this was mentioned somewhere but can't find it now.
AM - horrified about your nightmare SA s and shops. Definantely think you need another 3 or 8 or 12 shops to restore your faith :rotfl: .
To all my fellow Wirral bootsers just to let you know was in Bromborough at teatime (essential nappy shopping so HAD to go!). No mags, no MF GWP's, no LH serum. Did have the £5.99 conditioning stuff though so did TS glitch for £1.01 so still a bargain! Very happy to see No7 on BOGOF and half price. Quite a lot of S&G one night tanned for £1.xx ish. Also - saw a CRATE of 17 vintage GWP behind the perfume counter with a handwritten note on it saying should this be put in clearance or go out on display (believe it has been scanning for free, but not sure if this would work if on clearance?). Had 2 absolutely lovely SA s today - esp the NO 7 SA.
Right.......of to try and catch up the last 10 pages, which is now probably 20!!! :eek:Thanks BC, was thinking of staying away but someone did a great post yesterday or day before (soz can't remember who you are) about CS and why should customer be put off when not actualy doing anything wrong so went and faced my demons:p
Went myself again..yesterday after you had been ..noticed about the lack of TS serum, there was at leat 6 thingies of it the day before.
Anyway..used up a load of my whites on Mens TD (DH now getting a complex!!LOL..didn't let him know that it was only due to the fact I have struggles getting ladies for free! )
Also got this reduced to £10..thought it would make a lovely xmas prezzie
And I never spotted the No17 GWP's otherwise I would have asked.
You are so right about the No7 SA she is soo fab:D(also the vast majority of staff in there are fab..with the odd couple of exceptions)
