Is it just cameras and small home / beauty products Boots sell in store electrical wise? I know they had consoles on the site at xmas but cant recall seeing them instore?

Not too keen on the new site, was hoping the update would include spending points online - even if you had to convert them to vouchers like the club card scheme. The wish list is good though.

Last xmas they also had Ipods in the bigger stores. I managed to buy one during one of the xmas events (500 points per £50 I believe, plus the points coupon, and I think I used a double points from a mailing (back then I was still getting them!!)). When they reduced them in January, I got another one with points.

As for consoles, can't say I saw them at any of the London Stores. I did hear about the few 75% off PSPs and Xboxs that were briefly available on the web. I don't remember seeing them in the catalogue either. perhaps they were stock from 2006.

The catalogue is a great place to check out for purchases in terms of electronic gifts and save them for the special events days to maximize the points. Since some of these are the same price everywhere, at least boots gives 4% in points plus any extras we may be able to use (mailings, acm vouchers, special events, etc).
  • Ok one more question and I promise I will be quiet....
Can anyone reccommend a good nail polish remover, really struggling to get the No7 polish off my toe nails!!

    Thank you
Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

Cutex stuff seems to be the only one that gets really dark ones off quickly(types that stain) and does not sting if you have dodgy cuticles lol

Also when in a rush or can't find nail polish remover. Spray Hairspray on the nail and wipe off with Cotton Wool straight away when still wet.
I may have lupus but it doesnt make me useless! I am a true believer in Karma, and am a typical cancerian. I have a hard outside, but am mushy on the inside.:o
