I'm sorry so many people seem to be having such a bad time with SAs on the TD & TS offers. Most of the staff in my local store have been lovely about it. I just tend to express surprise at what a good deal it worked out at - hope they haven't seen me expressing surprise too many times then....!
Today we tried 2 of the R&M brushes - first the one that does go through the till (eye define?) which went OK. Then the 2nd one (eye liner?) beeped, & the SA said I'm sure this should go through, & together with another SA put it through the till as a gift voucher - with no pressure at all from me. How nice is that? It may be worth trying, I'd be interested to hear if anyone gets this to work too.
There have been occasional stocks of the pink hair serum & pots of conditioner in my store, & I've got lots of them. I wonder what the manufacturers are thinking of this sudden rush on the products? Probably gearing up manufacture to flood the shelves, & then we won't want it any more. Boy, they'll be confused!
We should start another thread on suggested uses for all these bottles of pink serum - I guess we all have limited numbers of friends with long curly hair (& e-bay is flooded with them!)

Sorry, I don't know the first half of this conversation, but if someone is looking for moisturizing socks, I know they come with one of the Boots Gorgeous Foot creams (it's in a pot and the socks are packed inside a box with it, this is fab stuff and it's located with the footcare stuff back near the pharmacy -- but I can't tell on the Web site if it still comes with socks?). Boots also does a sort of "get-started" minis gift bag in the same section that has all the foot things you need (two creams, a scrub and the socks) for 8 quid (though I bought one for 1.50 on clearance before the store restocked at full price!). The feet items are bogohp.
I can't get the image to post, but here's the link: 10069334?wid=200&hei=250&op_sharpen=1

I can certainly recommend the overnight footcream that comes in the gift bag you mentioned, it's gorgeous! it smells lovely and really makes my feet feel moisturised I bought the cream on its own so don't have the socks I just rub it on my feet before I go to bed, but I will definately look out for them next time I go to boots! and that might just have to be tomorrow!

the red thing is a little pouch to put the mirror in, welshmule should take ALL the credit for these as she spotted them, I have only seen them in wrexham high street and I travelled quite a bit last week.

Does it count as Boots healthcare - i.e do you know if we get 10% off?

    ;)
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".
