They had a pile of R&M bags at the end of last week - the black ones and white ones, but no maroon. They're on top of the R&M display. No reduced No7 though
What I would recommend if you've a pinky spare is to go to the display to the left of the nail care and cotton wool. There is a big selection of No7 accessories which include a nice nail file set with case to stop it scratching the stuff in your bag, some make up applicators, a glove which I presume has some sort of exfoliating action, and more besides. A reasonable number of them are under £5, and whilst you won't get the best value as some are perhaps only £3, it's better than the crime of wasting a pinky.
I believe that the Bootsing police impose very strict penalties for wasting a pinky. They probably involve such torture as being forced to walk past a display of heavily reduced items without your purse. Any other suggestions?
lol at the pinky bit, thankyou dave, it confused me by calling it the albion one lolMarried 09/09/090 -

Can anyone recommend and other Leeds/Pontefract/Wakefield area good Boots? Promise to share any finds! :rotfl:
Tis fine hun. There is one at Crown Point in Leeds, not huge but usually has a clearance section at side of the Sandwiches. There is also a Boots in the Kirkgate Centre in Bradford and a Boots at Forster Square in Bradford. And also one at Birstall where Ikea is. Also a smaller one in Kirkstall near the Morrisons. Normally has a few tubs of No7 clearance.

And no winkie ITS A GIRLxxxxxxxxx
Congratulations KJ :T
Thank you all for being so welcoming. I try my best when in Boots, however I often find myself a bit limited for time, and with a big list tend to get a bit blinkered. Must try harder!
Anyway, I have no doubt that I'll be toddling off again tomorrow. Does anyone know how long they are giving out the skincare and No. 7 vouchers for? It seems like this has been going on for quite a while. But musn't grumble i've got myself a few No 7 for Men bits, and built up my points balance a bit. (Whispers) Don't tell Mrs BTVB, but I might use them for one of her Christmas presents. :shhh:0 -

The on at birstall is good, the staff are really nice there. Wakefield is ok sometimes for clearance and other bits, its bigger than the birstall one, but there are some dragons there. I find the one at white rose is not very good for clearance. Meadowhall is very good. Crownpoint is ok, colton also has a good clearance range but is a small shop. The best ones i think are birstal and meadowhall, at birstal they have the n017 gwp, at meadowhall they have the mf gwp which are the vanity case ones and the lorel gwp too. hthMarried 09/09/090 -

Being forced to go to a Boots the day after a voucher has expired, knowing that you have several in your purse/in your special envelope you keep vouchers in/on your desk annoying you/in the bin and finding...
...they have stock of TD wipes, Sanctuary wipes, reduced No7 rainbow palettes... abundant stock, just teasing you

Hi moneysaver12
Good to read that you returned to Boots (although you seem to have been flustered) but the first visit back was always going to be the worst visit
I had a strange adventure some time ago when a SA told me he knew my user name on here and most of the rest of the staff did toolol. (I won't go into it now as it would take too long) and I was mortified and never wanted to go back in the shop, probably because I'd slated one SA in that store
But I knew I had to bite the bullet eventually and I did. Now when I go shopping in that particular store I don't feel embarrassed at all as I know I'm going in to spend money - even if it's as little as possible lol, and that's all that matters I think
and the staff are great. (I'm not saying that because I know they read these threads either - they genuinely are nice people
)
So well done :T x
Thankyou passion it was a bit scary but really good, i remember about the user name thing lol. Thankyou ikkleMarried 09/09/090 -
