phone contract

Hi guys,

I am trying to cut the cost of my monthly mobile phone bill.
Currently I have an 18 month contract with Orange. There are six months left to run.
I am on Dolphin 35, costing me £35 a month, this gives me 750 minutes and 100 texts.
I don't use the phone enough to warrant paying out £35 and I tend to always send more than 100 texts a month.
Is there anything I can do? Can I switch to a different tariff or will I have to wait until the end of the contract?

Cheers,

Ben.

You could phone Orange CS to try and change your service plan. Since you have been with them for more than 9 months this should be allowed. I am not sure when their T&C last changed, now you can only switch to the next lowest price (£30 per month); but if your contract is older you can switch further down.
