  • Here's ours

Mon - stirfry chicken breast (one large between 3) marinated with 1 clove garlic and splash mirin/splash soy. Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, grated carrot, homegrown runner bean and spring onion tossed with little mayonnaise in steamed rice. Twist of sea vegetables/sea salt mix on top.

Handful of blueberries, homegrown strawberries and grapes chucked in with small pot of fromage frais.

Tues - Cauliflower, leek & Broccoli Cheese. Granary bread.

    Banana, blueberries and yoghurt,

Weds - Meatballs steamed to get fat out, dropped into tin of tomatoes with assorted veg chucked in (onion, courgette, runner bean, frozen seetcorn, peas, etc) with squirt of tom puree and tsp dark french mustard, pasta

Jelly - only 23p plus 1pt of water to make.

Thurs - Jacket potatoes (1 small normal spud, 1 sweet potato each). Either tuna mayo (small tin, 1tbl mayo, handful of sweetcorn) or baked beans and sprinkling of emmental grated (kept in freezer to discourage nibbling). Lettuce, toms, cucumber, etc.

    Mango & kiwi fruit

Fri - Chickpea/spinach curry, homemade naan bread, mushroom/okra curry from cupboard/freezer ingredients.

Sat - salmon teriyaki, steamed rice, stirfried runner beans & tomatoes.

    Whatever fruit is leftover.

Sun - Roast chicken, half bag new potatoes, carrots, runner beans, peas.

Frozen yogurt - mixed with honey - yum!
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.
