Fell off the mealplan wagon this week, not sure why. Well, didn't fall off completely, but am kinda hanging off the side bashing my head against the wheel on a regular basis.

Will write next weeks when I feel a bit more motivated!

I've not done this for a while as it's difficult to plan ahead as I'm not sure from day to day who is going to be here. Anyway ds is away next week so it's a bit easier. I'll just list the meals I plan to do but I'll not assign days to them which will give me a bit of flexibility iyswim.

Belly pork, roast tatties and veg
    Fish pie
    Spag bol and garlic bread
Jumbo sausages & mash & veg
    Shepherds pie & veg
    Fishfinger chips & peas
    Beef stew & dumplings

I've also got heaps and heaps of blackberries, apples and raspberries to use up so we'll be having lot's of crumbles, pies and pancakes for desserts.

PP - I've got a Remoska too and most of my meals will be cooked in that.

    Have a good week everyone.

    Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted my mealplan for a few weeks.

    Here's this weeks.....

YESTERDAY - Tuna pasta bake with salad & coleslaw.

TODAY - Roast chicken, baked potatoes, stuffing, carrots, brocolli & chicken gravy.

SATURDAY - (DH out on stag do, so just me & kids). Chicken tikka masala (using leftover chicken from roast) with boiled rice.

SUNDAY - (I know DH will be hungover & won't fancy a proper dinner) Sausages, bacon, eggs, black & white pudding, potato farl & baked beans.

MONDAY - Organic chicken drumsticks (whoopsied in tesco 49p for pk of 5, so I bought 4 pks), oven chips & salad.

TUESDAY - Breaded haddock, mash, veg & white sauce.

WEDNESDAY - Spaghetti bolognese (already in freezer) with garlic bread.

THURSDAY - Breaded chicken fillets, pasta & salad.

    Have a great week everyone!
