Only two months of gains (September & October 2007) still left in the year on year figures of -10.5%.
On the other hand, December 2007 - Feb 2008 only had small falls, so there remains scope for that 10.5% annual fall to continue increasing at least until Spring 2009.0 -

A bit more than that:
Average house price July 2008: £169,316
Average house price Aug 2008: £164,654
Fall= £4,662 in one month alone. Ouch!
Down £20k in the last twelve months, too. That's got to hurt. :eek:poppy100 -
