    hi there
happy 2011. i have dipped in and out of your other diaries so i just thought i would pop in and see how you are doing.

ref the body issues. sometimes we can only focus on one thing. at the moment your focus has been paying down debt and sorting out work. once those are sorted (LOL) then you can renovate the temple!

Porge Petal you have to rest please put that first ok. Then other things. Thank you for helping me again now i feel guilty you shouldn't have. You have lovely friends but we are all gonna come up and camp outside your house if you dont sleep at midnight from now on. Can you imagine what Bob and Wol will do then???? Massage, tea, appendages - not a good mix. Keep doing exercise stuff, focus on the future and remember we all think you are fab.

    Hello ladies (and any gents)

A little surprised to see so many posts here, but this is just a quick visit so SW doesn't give me a row for being up past my bed time.

Not feeling too great - listless and no appetite at all. Lost over half a stone in the past fortnight (not from exercising). Will try to see if i can get back into the swing of things - if not will go see doctor to find out if there's something wrong with me (other than the obvious).

    G'night all.

  • Hi George, sorry to hear you feel like that. If is any consolation, i have been feeling like that and got dragged to the doctors- one round of antibiotics later i felt a lot better, but still felt like i was walking around with concrete wellies on. I am also feeling very down at the moment and suspect it is because i have not been out as much or the aftermath of that rotten virus.

I do feel it would do you good to get to the doctors and at least then you will have an idea of what is ailing you. Take care, and I promise not to smut on your diary :) Honest..x

Hey if it's any consolation even me the stupid workaholic is taking a day off today. Blood sugars crackers and i have spent past two hours trying to get out of bed no way could i cope with today's workload. You have to put this into perspective. Your health and you come first. Please read what i said.

My daughter gets like that too SW, her diabetes has swings and she has had a rough time of it lately. TBH i think i let myself get run down when she was in hospital- silly thing to do really as i need to be fit and well to help her. Hope you feel better soon. x
