Porge, this is The Management it is SW here and i have Steve and Susan and Andy sitting here with me. You have to listen.
1. You must listen to your body (Steve) your body is telling you to slow down.
2. You must rest a bit more and take time out for yourself.
3. You can pop to a pharmacy and they will do a free diabetes test. Do you have any close by friends that are diabetic they can do this for you.
4. If you are worried about diabetes drink lots of water and avoid sugary drinks and cokes for a few days see if that makes a difference.
5. I think you are under extreme stress with work and you need to listen to your body and (Steve says) say NO MORE.
6. Did the doctor suggest sick leave? if not go back and say it is not stopping you are exhausted as your body clock is up the shute (Steve says) and you must go back to the doctor.
7. Andy says Steve has said it all. Life is too short sweetie. Please go back to doctor.
8. kit says put the work away and sleep for the rest of the weekend.
We love ya lots. I think you need to see a new dr. Stress can do funny things to your body and it could be a post viral form of fatigue too. Basically we reckon you should be sleeping. Do you have to go into work on Monday Tuesday? cant you just sleep to see if it feels better? If it doesn't go back to GP. When i get ill they drop everything to help but healthy people have to wait for ages which is not right.
We are going out in a bit but hope you do rest. Remember how many friends you have here and how proud of you we all are. Cos ya rock!!!!
SW, Andy, Steve, Susan.

I could do with a bit of inspiration i walked into the kitchen to have some kit kats, and also to finish chocolate biscuits for most of the week, am a bit worried that I am going to end up the size of a house. Can ya offer any tips?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
