I've not been able to use my orange email for months. Their helpline is rubbish and refer me to their website help topics. Contemplating changing to o2 broadband

I use Orange as my ISP (hangs head in shame) I know ... don't say it ... they're literally one step up from AOL! :rolleyes: . Anyway, they DID sent me an email letting me know to expect problems as they're making change to their homepage.

Anyway, should all be clear soon so hang in there.

I will ... at least until my contract's complete!

as soon as i can get out of my contrat i too with be changing to 02 broad band only another 10 months lol (orange not that bad though) but 02 cheaper and unlimited downloads.

ive been with orange since freeserve days errrrrrrrrrrm 1999 only had to phone help line twice and the last time was to haggle to get my once a month payment down and i get great deal now :j

I hada messagesaying that they were doing work on their website and would beoff until about7 p.m. last night.

I have a few Freeserve and Orange accounts and never had any problems with them in nearly 10 years.
