I sent away a letter to Egg Credit card for my statements on the 15th of December.
They were delivered yesterday (27th February) That was a nice birthday present for me
so it took Egg 75 DAYS!
Don't give up and contact them after 41 days.
Hmm.. could i claim compensation for the delay??
