Hi toniq, this is very unusual for me so don't think I'm a budding Nigela or anything lol, but tonight we had pasta with a home grown, home made sauce. We came home from holiday expecting our neighbours who were watering the greenhouse for me to at least had some produce, but it was brimming with over ripe tomatoes, Chillis and Red Peppers, so I added garlic, onions and herbs and made a pasta bake, with a ton of cheese on top. I shouldn't say it myself but it was blimmin lovely

Heh I had spicy cabbage soup, had an expensive and gluttonous weekend so low calorie, low cost is the way to go this week
