Well...just got back from the bank. It turns out it was my bank ringing me. She gave me a number to ring so I did that just now. Some b@stard has been using my card - they've been using it online- god knows where they got my details from as I don't use that one anymore, and luckily I'm so far into my overdraft they didn't get much! :rotfl:

They tried La Senza, National Express and an electronics transaction. The only one that went through was the N.E one for £34.90 which I'll get back - just means that I've got start my OD paying off from scratch again :mad:

I feel like crap at the minute, but I am glad they caught it when they did, and the woman was lovely on the end of the phone - just confused as to where they got my details from as I'm usually so careful...

Hey ho - least it's cancelled now..now back to comping

That is really scary Stargirl!! I don't think I'm as careful as I really could be with my details... One good thing though they could have taken soo much more money. At least your bank caught it quickly! :T

Thank you - no I'm now in the "oh !!!!!! can we just get on with it please" stage. Especially as Mr Postie has been and not brought me anything exciting. (but woo hoo Mr Tescos has been and I had a substitution which actually saved me £2 on my chicken for the same amount I had ordered!! :T )

I know...my heart was pounding as she asked me "Did you visit this website? Did you make this transaction? Or this one? I'm guessing this one wasn't you either..?"

Like you said, it could have been a whole lot worse, but it's still shaken me up a bit - for once I'm glad I have no money in there, there is a bright side to being in an overdraft! :rotfl:
