Didn't it include his user id? I always state payment within 7 days, so unless he had high feedback, I'd be tempted to reply and say you'd require payment sooner, and ask him not to bid if he couldn't comply

Yeah he has 25 positive feedback but there is something in my head just telling me that hes on the scam. I'll reply and tell him if hes going to bid, payment is required straight away

I think it sounds like someone trying to be honest and admit the funds aren't available yet. Do you have payment terms on your listing (i.e. buyers must pay with 5 days?). Just respond and ask them to clarify when you would receive payment....or tell them you want payment at close of auction.

My debit card is a 'pay as you go' type where you have to load the money onto the card at a Paypoint. In the past I have won a buy it now listing on a Sunday and then emailed the seller to let them know I will pay on the Monday (once I had loaded the money on my card).

    That sounds delicious toniq.

I've just had enchilladas. They were really scrummy, although too spicy for the kids (they left most of theirs).

I've got a tub of Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel mini cakes bites or a Dairy Milk Mint chocolate roll for dessert....but I need to let my dinner settle first.
