It will be written on your bill, and there may be variations depending on the original service provider, but 202 is a good start. Other people have suggested 100, which worked ok for me yesterday.

I have a contract direct with o2 and I use 100, it seems to be the same as 202 and does not out of your inclusive mins whereas 202 does.

2aX, again you giving mis-information. Not everyone get it on their bill for example O2 online contract customers and pay as you go(I know the op is on contract.). You have to stop making assumptions 2AX!!

    for the original poster

the 100 I think is for "offline" customers but it seem to work for online customers as well which is good :-) Since it does not get charge as mrgreen pointed out. Also you can call the 0800 business one and they can transfer you if want to call not being on O2 phone. Like you can on Orange.

Which number was incorrect? Do people that log in to their account online have no contact details?

Correct. O2 online customers when they log in have no contact details on their bills. All they have is their billed / unbilled charges. They can still find contact details within the website. even contact them on the website. Request upgrade, etc. O2 retail high street bills have the number on their bill but can't remember (and can't remember my username/password to double check) for O2 management website to check there if it shows on their bill. But I think there they do cause I think the bills were a Acrobat document file of the bill they receieved / would of got in the post. I guess this is other different between O2 online and offline like before O2 online had 0906. number to call customer service, and a different call centres. Actually is it me or is the "different" between online and offline becoming less and less now.

Hi i myself do not know what the select customers are. Might be something like Orange premier customer thingy. Hence since she is not a select customer (assuming she is not) might be why it did not work? Since I think the Orange Premier customer service number does not work unless you are a premier customer. Just like Just Talk customer service number does not work on Orange contract phone. About being told it is not free, more likely the operator told what it says on their system that customer service is chargeable. It is just their billing system do not charge for 100 at the moment, does not mean in the future it will stay that way. And if change can't than complain if it is chargeable like it is on o2 online for example. Why not make a short call to 100 to see if you personally get charge on your bill or not for it :-).
