Hi
Wondering if anyone can let me know where i stand.
Was on a contract with cpw , and was going to cancel it at the end of the 18 m tie in.
Guy from cpw on phone said i could get a new contract for xx amount.
To cut a long story short, after about 3 different calls i agreed to the contract at xx amount. this was about the middle of month, i did not get a confirmation email, it was just agreed o nthe phone
Called them up few days ago as something was incorrect on billing, only to be told the contract was for yy amount.
It is now going to be looked at re the original calls and they will get back to me.
After reading some of the stories on here i wouldnt hold any hope of it being sorted..
If it does not get sorted to my original amount , I will then send in my cancellation , for my original contract, and also state about this new one and that it is invalid as it was not the original terms and conditions.
What happens thereafter, will i have debt men at my door trying to collect this amount for the remainder of the new contract.
Thanks

How long have you had this new contract with them? Under distance selling regulations you have 14days to return the contract and get it cancelled without any early termination fee's. After this point you may have to try and get CPW to put you on the contract you agreed or take it further. Their in the wrong if they've put you on a contract you didn't agree with.0
