I don't consider three thirty in the morning to be late. Yes they did put a notice through the door but most reasonable people expect a party to be finished by at least midnight. sue them for harrasement then. ! .i would let your neighbours know that if you do get evicted you will be seeking legal advise abt suing them for harrasement and financial costs, make out in this day and age suing people is so simple, if you cant say it to them then say it loud enough so they can overhear. might make them realise they being so unreasonable
