I'm actually pumping with adrenaline, but in a positive way......

That sig is looking much shorter Maz! So pleased for you:T :j and I think its brilliant that you haven't even considered keeping a wee bit of the bonus to spend on yourself:A

If i pay off capital one and dorothy perkins today then it will leave welcome finance, £1700 only.... :j paid off within 1 year! less if i overpay, which i might do...

i'm considering only paying off dotty p's today and leaving cap one for another month.... purely cause if i pay everything i leave myself £103 of my salary once all DD's/Bills are paid....... which is silly....... cause i'll probably end up spending on CC then...

I ask you, the jury, can i just leave capital one? so i don't leave myself skint-as-hell for the whole month?

    Or would that be failing......?

It would be like leaving myself a little extra to have a non skint month, so it would be treating myself, sort of!

Maz i think we could let you off with Cap 1....what is the point in leaving yourself skint?

  • Maz - it DEFINITELY wouldn't be failing! No point leaving yourself short to just wait another few weeks! You've done AMAZINGLY well so far. So, let yourself have a slightly more relaxed month and get rid of Cap One next month.

I've taken an executive decision to go on my lunch earlier than normal. I'm being worse than useless today!! Is it wrong to do the test at work? Otherwise I'll be waiting til about 9ish tonight to take it as I'm at a friend's for dinner tonight as well!

f eck f eck f eck f eck ... my insides are churning away. If there's a little bean in there they're doing somersaults!

    thanks jinky!

i won't be totally skint, as get £50 a week in tax credits, plus £116 from quidco to come so far this month.... so not even skint at all really if i'm honest......

What i might do is try and sign up to a payment a day challenge and bring down capital one by a bit, so next month i can pay it right off!

    Deal?
