My parents' house in Kent has 2 unfenced ponds near the house, and another further away. Now Isaac can reach to open the door, we keep a very close eye on him!

I made my not so funny comment about unfenced pools because some friends of ours from South Africa were so taken aback when they saw pools in this country. Over there, of course, they have far more of them, and they are much more aware of the risks of a tragedy occurring. Apparently, it's the norm there now to fence your pool in, a lesson they learnt from bitter experience.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
